Oats are whole grains that is a great source of carbs, fiber, high in protein, healthy fats and antioxidant plant compounds. They are also loaded with magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, iron, copper and zinc.

However, oats contain phytic acid (also known as anti-nutrient) on their outer shell.

The purpose of phytic acid includes (1) Provide the oats with energy and phosphurus and (2) Protect the stored fats, proteins and nutrients

Phytic acid binds to calcium, iron, zinc and magnesium. This binding toughens the oat seed but unfortunately prevents the absorption of these minerals during digestion, leading to poor oral and gut health and even nutrient deficiencies.

The usual overnight oats soaked with dairy milk are unable to break down these phytic acid efficiently due to the absence of phytase (enzme that breaks down phytic acid).

We use only Premium extra thick organic rolled oats that are blended finely to release the starch in oats and lacto fermented with TGF Organic Milk Kefir

Organic raw cacao powder (non-alkalized), banana, organic nut butter and organic chia seeds are added into the lacto fermented oats, giving an verall complex bitter-sweet flavor.

Cacao contains more calcium than cows' milk. Packed with iron, magnesium and antioxidants, cacao is also known to strengthen heart health that affects men more than women.

Other ingredients include organic pumpkin seeds, organic sunflower seeds, blueberries and pomegranates.

Pumpkin and sunflower seeds contain high levels of Zinc. Zinc is an especially important nutrient for sperm production, maintaining a healthy prostate, and supporting male sexual health. ZInc also prevents the conversion of too much testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT). Premature balding and enlarged prostate can be a result of too much conversion to DHT.
