(A) Items Receivable

Under this plan, each week you will receive 3 x 250ml Milk Kefir

• In a total of 4 weeks, you will receive 12 bottles.
• In a total of 8 weeks, you will receive 24 bottles.
  

(B) Customise your Plan in 2 Simple Steps

• Step 1: Select 4-Week or 8-Week Plan.
• Step 2: Select flavours

(C) Convert Bottles into Pouches

• 2 pouches will replace every 1 bottle that you wish to convert.
• Additional $0.90 apply for each bottle converted.
• To do so, simply fill in the form here.

 
(D) Selecting your Delivery Slot

• At checkout page, the selected delivery date will be the 1st delivery date (week #1). Delivery for subsequent weeks will follow the same day.
• Example: If you select 10 Jan 2024, Wednesday, then subsequent weekly deliveries will be scheduled for Wednesdays.
• Delivery timings are between 12pm to 9pm.
• Should you require customised timings, we are able to meet your needs. More information can be found here.

(E) Adding More Products

If you wish to add-on more products to deliver together with your weekly subscription, here's how in 3 easy steps.

• Step 1: 'Add to cart' the additional selected products.
• Step 2: Indicate under order comments (on the Cart page) which week are for your add on products. And if you wish to add on at a later date, you can use our online form here.
• Step 3: Proceed to checkout and we'll process your order accordingly.
  

Should there be no notes attached to your order, the additional items will be sent together on the 1st delivery date (week #1).

 
(F) Packaging

• All your orders will be packed in in a transparent PET bag for efficient cooling throughout our delivery.
• To help you save more, you can now opt for day slot delivery and purchase a foam box to keep your kefirs cold till you come home in the evening if you have already returned to your workplace.
