Black lentils, being the most nutrient-dense among all lentils, harbour a rich source of calcium, protein, iron, potassium and anthocyanins. This makes it ideal for children and pregnant mothers who require that extra nutrients and vitamins yet does not lead to bloating.

We made these black knights more digestible and nutrients better absorbed with sprouting.

Pre-rinsing before consumption is required. Eat them raw in a salad bowl, sprinkle over your toast and wraps or add them in your stews.
