TGF organic kefir soft cheese is made from only TGF organic milk kefir. Whey is traditionally strained from milk kefir, producing soft and spreadable kefir cheese that contains live probiotics and essential by-products produced by probiotics.
TGF organic kefir soft cheese is great as a bread spread or pancake spread. It is also great to consume on its own.
Highly suitable for weaning and growing children, lactose intolerant individuals and pregnant mothers whose diet plays an important role.
Storage instructions and shelf life: Wrapped in parchment paper, it allows the cheese to breathe yet wicks excess moisture away. The cheese can be kept fresh up till 1 week ~ 7days. Once opened, wrap the cheese back in parchment paper and store in a sealed environment at the vegetable crisper of the refrigerator where the temperature is cold and stable. Consume within 3 days after opening.
