Black sesame seeds are a rich source of macro-minerals (calcium and magnesium) and trace minerals.

Some of the trace minerals in black sesame seeds — iron, copper, and manganese are important for regulating our metabolism, cell functioning, and immune system, as well as the circulation of oxygen throughout our body, and more.

Because more than half of a sesame seed is composed of oil, black sesame seeds are also a good source of healthy monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats which may help to lower our risk of heart disease. This is especially important for men.

Organic cows' milk, whey-fermented black sesame seeds, organic hojicha, mixed fruit and live kefir grain cultures. Vacuumed blended for highest freshness.

No preservatives, no inhibitors, no thickening agent, no emulsifier, stabiliser, no refined sugar, no artificial or/and natural colouring or/and flavouring.

Besides individuals who are practicing healthy living, sesame hojicha kefir smoothie is also suitable for growing children above 3 year old and lactose intolerant individuals. Do note that hojicha has naturally occuring caffeine.

Shelf life and Storage Instructiions
